运用ISM法对我国县域房地产发展要素的分析

To begin with the working procedures of real estate industry, the paper systematically analyzes relative relationship among relevant real estate factors, hierarchical structure of the system factors and their impact upon the system object, and points out some suggestions, such as carry- ing out hierarchical management of overall procedures and realizing optimal resource distribution and maximum value, so as to promote the posi- tive development of county region real estate industry.%从房地产业的工作流程出发，系统分析了产业相关要素间的相互关系、系统要素的层次结构及其对系统目标的影响，并提出对整个流程中的所有要素进行分级管理，最终实现资源优化配置和价值的最高增值，从而促进县域房地产业的良性发展。
