Taking the actual engineering as the background, the paper selects anchorage-style retaining wall support method through program comparison, introduces the construction difficulties, construction procedures and matters needing attention of anchorage-style retaining wall top- down construction method. As a result, it solves the high-slope deformation in excavation and achieves good result.%以实际工程为背景，通过方案比选采用了锚杆式挡墙支护方式，介绍了锚杆式挡墙逆作法施工难点、施工顺序及注意事项，解决了高边坡开挖过程中的变形问题，取得了较好的效果。
