一种新型钢厂固体粉料调湿加工工艺及其改进

在实践的基础上设计介绍了一种新型的钢厂除尘灰高效环保调湿加工处置工艺技术,对系统的构成、主体设备选用、能源介质配套及系统优缺点进行了阐述,并对该系统的进一步改进进行了详细描述,为其他钢厂固体粉料的处置探索了一条新途径。%Based on the practice, the study introduces the new effective and environment-friendly humidity processing craft technique for dedusting at steel plant, illustrates the components of the system, the selection for main equipment, the energy medium supporting, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the system, and undertakes the detailed description for the further improvement of the system, so as to explore the new channel for the treatment of the solid dusty materials at other steel plants.
