This paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages of common setting methods of enclosed staircase of the small-scale hotel, and analy- zes difficulties of designing enclosed staircase of small-scale hotel and puts forward countermeasures, with a view to make the staircase setting ra- tional and to guarantee the security.%对小型旅馆设置封闭楼梯间常用方法进行列举并逐一分析利弊，对小型旅馆消防设计设置封闭楼梯间的困难进行剖析并提出解决对策，以使楼梯间设置合理，确保安全。
