水利工程勘察设计招标过程中的几点思考

摘要

Combining the current irrigation projects, the paper analyzes the attentive factors in the bidding projects based on the features of the survey and design of the irrigation projects, and points out the further problems and considerations of the bidding work in the survey and design of the irrigation projects, so as to direct the construction of the irrigation projects.%结合目前的水利工程建设形势,基于水利工程勘察设计工作的特点,分析了招标工程中应重点考虑的因素,并结合水利工程勘察设计招标实践,对水利工程勘察设计招标工作进一步提出了问题和思考,以期指导水利工程建设。
