基于道德风险决策模型的代建方管理研究

摘要

According to the research on the moral hazards of the agent constructioner,the paper establishes the moral hazard decision-making model for the agent constructioner,and indicates the management measures of the government investors on the agent constructioner based on the model according to the status in China,so as to reduce the risks caused by the agent constructioner.%通过对代建方道德风险的研究,建立代建方的道德风险决策模型,并以此模型为基础,结合我国现状,论述政府投资方对代建方的管理措施,以减小由于代建方而引起的风险。
