通过回标分析实现建设工程招标合理低价中标

摘要

介绍了一个通过进行回标分析实现合理低价中标的案例，并对现阶段我国建设工程招投标领域中的经评审的最低投标价法进行分析，最后指出大力推行经评审的最低投标价法是我国建设工程招投标体制改革发展的方向和趋势。%This thesis firstly introduced a case of achieving the bidding approach of rational low quoted price by analyzing on the returning bids. ＂Then it analyzed on the bidding approach of evaluated lowest bid price, which is used in construction projects at present in China. Finally, it pointed out that, it is the direction and trend of bidding system reform in construction projects in China to energetically promote the bidding approach of evaluated lowest bid price.
