谈建筑工程进度控制

摘要

In light of whole construction process of Beihewan pile foundation,through rational plan,organization,coordination,and mobilizing every active factor,and overcoming unfavorable factors of construction in rainy season,the construction task is accomplished with quantity and quality assurance on time,and provides favorable conditions for subsequent construction,which has certain guiding significance for the schedule control of similar engineering.%针对北河湾桩基施工建设的全过程,合理计划、组织、协调,动员一切积极因素,克服雨季施工等不利因素,保质、保量,提前完成了施工任务,为后续阶段的施工提供有利条件,对同类工程的进度控制有一定的指导意义。
