This article introduces the controlling points of contracting officer at construction phase,discusses construction preparation stage,construction process and engineering completion stage,with a view to guide practice and to help construction unit for better administration and to ensure smooth engineering construction.%对甲方代表在施工阶段的管控要点进行了介绍,着重从施工准备阶段、施工过程及工程收尾阶段三个方面进行了论述,以期指导实践,帮助建设单位更好地掌控全局,确保工程建设顺利完成。
