Based on the importance of the engineering pre-settlement in construction programs,the paper analyzes some problems in the engineer-ing pre-settlement process,illustrates the skills for auditing the engineering pre-settlement,including the grouping construction auditing method, comparative auditing,decomposing comparative auditing method,and full-side auditing method,so as to exert the important role of the pre-settle-ment in the program management.%基于工程预结算在建设项目应用中的重要性，对工程预结算过程中存在的问题进行了分析，并阐述了审查工程预结算的技巧，包括分组计算审查法、对比审查法、分解对比审查法以及全面审查法等，以发挥预结算工作在项目管理中的重要作用。
