Combining with engineering examples,in light of high cutting accuracy and limited field construction conditions of arc pipe truss line, the paper applies secondary design and modern construction machines,guarantees cutting accuracy,takes truss in place through spelling,second-ary turning over and inclined location and other special construction procedures. As a result,it effectively ensures the structural quality and steel structure arts effect.%结合工程实例，针对弧形管桁架相贯线切割精度高以及现场施工环境的限制条件，通过二次深化设计及运用现代施工机械，确保了管件的切割精度，安装现场通过拼装、两次翻身、斜向就位等特殊工序，使桁架顺利安装并就位，有效地保证了结构质量和钢结构艺术效果。
