谈建筑施工现场管理中存在的问题及改进措施

结合建筑施工现场管理过程中不确定因素多、施工周期长、管理参与方多等特点，对施工单位在施工现场管理方面存在的问题进行了分析，提出了相应的解决措施，为建筑工程施工现场管理提供一些新的思路。%Combining with the many uncertain factors, long construction cycle, many managers and participators and other characteristics in building construction site management process analyzed the existing problems of construction units in construction site management, put forward corresponding countermeasures, provided some new ideas for building engineering construction site management.
