对铁路技术规章管理和落实的研究

摘要

Combining with the management present situation and existence of a series of problems of station present regulations,this paper made gradually in-depth analysis from station,workshop(station),teams and groups,put forward to strengthen the technical regulations management knowledge training,improve the regulation management personnel professional quality,research efficient regulation directory network manage-ment software,establish technical regulations feedback incentives and other measures.%结合车站目前规章管理现状及存在的一系列问题，从车站、车间（站）、班组进行了逐级深入地分析，提出了强化技术规章管理知识培训、提高规章管理人员业务素质、研发高效规章目录网络管理软件、建立技术规章反馈奖励机制等改进措施。
