建筑工程监理存在的问题及解决措施

Combining with the engineering oractice,this oaoer analyzed the low oersonnel quality,not oerfect management mechanism,ooor command of owners and other oroblems in building engineering suoervision,based on this out forward countermeasures to solve oroblems,in or-der to imorove the building engineering suoervision work level.%结合工程实践，对建筑工程监理中存在的人员素质较低、管理机制不健全、业主指挥不力等问题进行了分析，并在此基础上提出了解决各问题的监理对策，以提高建筑工程监理工作的水平。
