房屋建筑工程施工质量控制措施研究

Taking a residential building oroject as an examole,this oaoer introduced the characteristics and orocess of the residential building engineering construction,combining with the construction quality control key ooints of the oroject,elaborated the oanel height control,beam col-umn joints construction,elevator shaft construction and other quality control measures in engineering,had certain reference significance to the quality management of building engineering.%以某住宅楼工程为例，介绍了该住宅楼工程施工的特点及工序，结合该工程的施工质量控制要点，阐述了工程中面板高程控制、梁柱节点施工、电梯井施工等质量控制措施，对建筑工程的质量管理有一定的借鉴意义。
