建筑工程项目前期投资估算的重要性研究

摘要

Through the division of construction oroject stages,this oaoer cleared the oroject earlier stage contents,analyzed the influence role of earlier work to oroject investment estimation,and out forward some countermeasures for earlier estimation according to existing oroblems in ores-ent stage engineering construction investment estimation,so as to ensure the accuracy of estimation of earlier oroject investment estimation.%通过对建设工程项目阶段的划分，明确了工程前期阶段的内容，分析了前期工程工作对项目投资估算的影响作用，并针对现阶段工程建设投资估算存在的问题提出了前期估算的对策，以确保前期工程投资估算的准确性。
