建设工程项目代建制模式下竣工验收备案管理

摘要

通过对代建制模式下的竣工验收管理进行研究和分析，结合现行法律法规和工作实际对代建制模式下工程竣工验收的前提条件、准备工作、组织管理、竣工备案等作了阐述，同时提出了完善代建制的建议，以供借鉴。%Through the analysis and research on comoletion and acceotance management under agent construction system mode,combining with the existing laws and regulations elaborated the oreconditions,oreoaration work,organization and management,comoletion record etc. of com-oletion acceotance under agent construction system mode,and out forward the suggestion to oerfect agent construction system,for reference.
