通过研究我国和发达国家的建设工程质量监督管理体系，分析总结了我国建设工程质量监督体系的发展历程和主要内容，阐述了国外先进建设工程质量管理体系的经验及特征，提出了进一步完善我国建设工程质量监督管理的建议和方案，以提高我国建设工程的质量监督管理水平。%According to the research on the quality supervision management system of the construction projects in China and developed countries, the paper analyzes and sums up the development and main contents for the construction engineering quality supervision system in China,illus-trates the experience and features of the advanced construction engineering quality system at home and abroad,and points out the suggestions and scheme for improving the engineering quality supervision management of the construction projects,so as to improve the quality supervision man-agement of projects.
