Combining with engineering examples,the article studies the pre-assembly scaffold installation and dismantle scheme outside of the engineering roof grid structure,discusses the scaffold erection methods and material demands according to relevant norms,and puts forward safe-ty scaffold erection and dismantle technology measures,and examines its stress conditions,and finally forms a complete construction scheme.%结合工程实例，对某工程屋面网架结构场外预拼装脚手架安拆方案进行了研究，依据相关规范，简述了脚手架的搭设方式及材料要求，提出了脚手架搭设与拆除的安全技术措施，并对脚手架的受力情况作了验算，形成了一套完整的施工方案。
