政府投资项目中社会稳定风险评估方法探析

This paper analyzed the main content and basic process of social stability analysis and assessment work, combining with specific pro-ject practice, summarized and put forward the qualitative and quantitative assessment methods of government investment project in government stability risk assessment, established the assessment index system and reference value of social stability risk, provided reference for the social stability risk evaluation for government investment projects.%分析了社会稳定风险评估工作的主要内容和基本流程，结合具体项目的实践经验，提出了政府投资项目进行社会稳定风险评估的定性和定量评估方法，建立了社会稳定风险评估指标体系和参考分值，为政府投资项目社会稳定风险评估提供了参考。
