描述了援斯里兰卡纪念班达拉奈克国际会议中心维修项目的概况，分析了项目建设过程中物资采购的特点，对建筑施工企业在援外工程中的采购管理进行了阐述，以彰显中国建筑的建设能力和知名度。%The paper surveys the maintenance program of Bandaranaike Memorial International Coference Hall of Sri Lanka-aid project, analyzes the features for the resource purchase in the program construction process, and illustrates the purchasing management of the architectural con-struction enterprises in the foreign-aid projects, so as to reflect the construction capacity and fame of Chinese architectural enterprises.
