高校基本建设招标工作探讨

摘要

结合高校建设工程管理的现状，分析了高校基本建设项目的优缺点，并对高校建设工程招标的原则和方式进行了论述，提出了招标中的问题与不足，促使高校基本建设招标工作的健康发展。%Combining with university construction engineering management status,the paper analyzes merits and defects of capital university con-struction project. It describes engineering bidding principles and methods,and points out bidding problems and defects,so as to promote healthy development of capital university bidding.
