Combining with the contents for the management for industrial and civil buildings, analyzes come problems in the quality management of the construction sites of industrial and civil buildings, and points out some solutions by improving personnel quality, promote regulations and rules, and enhance the progress control, so as to strengthen the aims of the construction quality in architectural projects.%结合工业和民用建筑施工管理的内容，分析了工民建筑施工现场质量管理中存在的问题，并提出了提高施工人员素质、完善规章制度、加强进度控制等解决措施，以达到提升建筑工程施工质量的目标。
