摘要

针对新建及改建的热力一次线工程、热力二次线工程和换热站工程，对如何进行热力工程造价控制进行了论述，主要从投资估算、设计概算、施工图预算、合同价、工程款的支付、竣工决算方面进行了论述，以供参考。%According to newly-built and reconstructed thermal primary line and secondary projects and heat transfer station project, the paper in-dictes from the investment estimate, design estimate, budget of construction mapping, contract price, payment of project funds, and settlement, and indicates how to undertake the cost control for the heat projects, so as to provide some reference.
