工程量清单计价模式下工程项目成本管理策略

摘要

Combining with work experience,the paper starts from the concept of the engineering bill of quantity,points out the bill model is the new one for the market-oriented economic development,which will be good for regulating the pricing behaviors and market order and promote the cost management of the engineering programs in China,and analyzes and explores the whole-process cost control strategies in the engineering pro-gram under the engineering bill of quantity.%结合实际工作经验，从工程量清单计价模式的概念出发，着重就工程量清单模式下工程项目全过程中的成本控制策略进行了分析与探讨，指出工程量清单计价模式是一种适应市场经济发展的新型计价模式，它的实施不仅有利于规范市场的计价行为与市场秩序，而且对我国工程项目成本管理水平的全面提升也有着非常重要的意义。
