高速公路施工标准化管理的相关思考

This paper summarized the standardization management of highway construction,from the engineering site,material,safety,quality, schedule,process and other aspects emphatically introduced the specific content of construction standardized management,and proposed corre-sponding improvement strategy according to existing problems in construction management.%对高速公路施工标准化管理进行了概述，从工程现场、材料、安全、质量、进度、工艺等方面出发，着重介绍了施工标准化管理的具体内容，并针对施工管理中存在的问题提出了相应的改进策略。
