以建筑工程预结算管理为研究对象，从分析建筑工程预结算管理的内容出发，针对预结算管理中存在的问题进行了研究，并提出了相应的解决措施，以提高建筑工程预结算的管理水平。%Taking the construction engineering pre settlement management as the research object,from the analysis on construction engineering pre settlement management contents,in view of the existing problems in pre settlement management made research,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the management level of construction engineering pre settlement.
