房建工程施工成本管理研究

摘要

This paper simply discussed the principle of housing construction engineering construction cost management,in view of the existing problems in construction cost management,from the laws and regulations,management personnel quality,construction supervision and other as-pects,proposed specific improvement measures,so as to improve the income of construction enterprises.%简述了房建工程施工成本管理的原则，针对施工成本管理中存在的问题，从法规制度、管理人员素质、施工监管等方面，提出了具体的改进措施，从而提高建筑企业的收益。
