关于住宅建筑底部设置小型人员密集场所的探讨

摘要

介绍了人员密集场所、商业服务网点、小型人员密集场所的概念，分析了商业服务网点改建为小型人员密集场所产生的一系列问题，并探讨了增强住宅建筑底部小型人员密集场所消防安全性能的措施，提出了避免此类违法改建行为产生的建议。%This paper introduced the concept of crowded places,commercial service network,small crowded places,analyzed a series of prob-lems of business service outlets renovation for small crowded places,and discussed the measures enhancement of residential buildings bottom small crowded places fire safety performance,put forward some recommendations to avoid such illegal conversion behavior.
