招投标和预结算中清单与定额计价的应用分析

介绍了建筑工程领域定额与清单计价的适用条件及优缺点，阐述了在招投标和工程预结算过程中，利用定额和清单计价的有效方法，实现企业经济社会效益的最大化。%This paper introduced the applied conditions and advantages and disadvantages of list and quota valuation in construction engineering field,elaborated the effective methods using list and quota valuation in bidding and engineering pre-settlement process,to achieve the maximiza-tion of enterprise’s economic and social benefits.
