新常态下城市综合管廊的建设与思考

摘要

Based on domestic underground pipeline chaos and other problems,the paper analyzes the necessity of building comprehensive urban pipe gallery,describes the comprehensive pipe gallery construction features under the new normal,and puts forward emergent problems needing solving in building comprehensive pipe gallery,so as to formulate feasible implementation scheme and to rationally plan comprehensive pipe gallery.%基于我国地下管线混乱等诸多现实问题，就建设城市综合管廊的必要性进行了分析，阐述了新常态下综合管廊建设的特点，并提出了建设综合管廊急需解决的问题，从而制定出行之有效的实施方案，合理规划综合管廊。
