论 BIM 技术在工程建设项目中的应用

摘要

介绍了 BIM 技术在我国的应用现状，从建设方、设计方、施工方三个参与方的角度，对工程建设项目中应用 BIM 技术的优势进行了分析，论证了 BIM 技术在工程建设项目中应用的必要性。%The paper introduces the application status of BIM technology in China,analyzes advantages of applying BIM technology in engineering construction project from three aspects of building unit,design unit and construction unit,and finally discusses the application necessity of BIM technology in engineering construction project.
