谈房屋建筑工程渗漏的防治

摘要

The paper analyzes the reasons for the leakage of buildings,illustrates the prevention measures of the leakage,indicates the advantage of adopting the grouting maintenance for the cast-in-place plate of the reinforced concrete,and sums up some key points for the maintenance of leakage at houses,so as to enhance the durability of housing structures.%分析了房屋建筑发生渗漏的原因,阐述了建筑工程渗漏的防治措施,说明了钢筋混凝土现浇板渗水时采用注浆维修的优越性,并总结了渗漏房屋维修的注意事项,有利于增强房屋结构的耐久性.
