超高层建筑中顶升自密实钢管混凝土配制与应用

摘要

结合青岛市国际航运中心项目的施工难点,介绍了顶升自密实钢管混凝土配合比的设计方法,从泵送设备的选择、混凝土浇筑、泵管清洗等方面,阐述了混凝土的质量控制及现场施工要点,达到了良好的施工效果.%Combining with construction difficulties of international shipping center in Qingdao city,the paper introduces the mixing proportion de-sign methods of the lifting-up pumping self-compacting concrete-filled steel tubular,and describes concrete quality control and in-situ construction points from aspects of pumping facility selection,concrete casting and pumping-pipe cleaning,so as to achieve great construction effect.
