新形势下,提高控制性详细规划成果质量的方法思考

In 2011, ＂Management Procedures of Shanghai Regulatory Planning, ＂Technical Guidelines of Shanghai Regulatory Plan, and ＂Norms of Shanghai Regulatory Planning Outcomes, and other documents in addition are published. These regulations include preparation, management and outcomes of regulatory planning. In this way, the scientific and operational results of regulatory planning are strongly improved.%2011年上海出台了《上海市控制性详细规划管理操作规程》、《上海市控制性详细规划技术准则》、《上海市控制性详细规划成果规范》等文件,在规范控制性详细规划编制和规划管理的同时,也对控制性详细规划成果提出了新的要求。在此形势下,通过控制性详细规划方案形成过程、规划编制方法、控制性详细规划成果表达等若干方面的强化,提高控制性详细规划成果的科学性和操作性。
