上海地理信息公共服务平台的建设与应用

摘要

This paper introduces the significance of the construction of geographic information public service platform in Shanghai. According to the present conditions of platform construction, some good suggestions are put forward for data resource construction, platform function in technical level and the operation and maintenance mechanism. And then several opinions are given for popularization of service platform both in public and government version. The countermeasure and advice in this paper wil have a positive effect on promoting the construction and application of geographic information public service platform in Shanghai.%　　阐述上海市地理信息公共服务平台建设的意义，并结合目前平台建设情况，从数据资源建设、平台技术功能、运维机制等方面提出了一些建议，并就公众版平台和政务版平台应用推广提出了几点看法，对推进上海地理信息公共服务平台建设与应用有一定的指导意义。
