板坯连铸凝固传热过程的三维数值模拟

         

摘要

Three-dimensional analysis for continuous casting slab was investigated by software CALCOSOFT. With the given temperature field and the solid fraction, the solidification end point for soft reduction process could be predicted. It was shown from the numerical simulation that the casting speed affected the position significantly I.e., the shell thickness decreased 7 mm as it increased from 1.5 m/min to 2.2 m/min. The liquid steel superheat had little effect, when it increased 10℃ ,the solidification end point moved backward only 0. 2 ~0. 3 m.%利用有限元软件CLACOSOFT对板坯连铸过程进行了三维传热数值模拟,计算了温度场及液固相的分布,在此基础上得到了对轻压下实施起关键作用的凝固末端的位置.模拟结果表明拉速的影响显著,拉速从1.5 m/min提高到2.2 m/min后,坯壳厚度减少7 mm.而连铸钢水过热度对凝固末端位置影响较小,过热度每增加10℃,凝固末端位置仅后移0.2~0.3m.
