宝钢股份炼钢厂300t转炉工序能耗分析

摘要

简要总结了宝钢股份炼钢厂负能炼钢的实践经验,特别分析了2010年上半年6个月炼钢厂300 t转炉工序的能耗与回收情况.从分析结果可以明显看出,降低水的消耗和提高转炉煤气回收量是实现负能炼钢的两个重要手段；减少风机积灰对风机运行的影响和保持设备良好运行状态节约用水,是稳定开展负能炼钢工作主要着眼点.%The practice of steelmaking with minus energy ( SMES) in Baosteel was introduced, especially the situation of energy consumption and reclamation with the data of first six months in 2010 was analyzed. It was showed that reducing water consumption and improving reclamation was the two main ways to perform SMES. Decreasing the accumulated dust in fan machine and saving water by maintaining the machine with good condition were two aspects that should be paid attention to.
