Cu对纳米晶复合合金Nd9.5Fe76-xCuxCo5Zr3B6.5(x=0~2)磁性能的影响

         

摘要

Nanocomposite Nd9 5Fe76-xCo5Zr3CuχB6 5 (χ =0-2) magnets were prepared by melt spun and then annealing. The effect of Cu element on magnetic properties of the magnets was investigated. The results showed that the appropriate addition of Cu could improve the remanence, the coercivity and the maximum energy product; and it could also improve the temperature stability of the remanece, but it had little degradation on the temperature stability of the coercivity. The optimum magnetic properties of (BH)max = 79 kJ/m3, lHc = 685 kA/m, Br(T) =0.713 T, α20-150℃= -0.071 %/℃, β20-150℃= -0. 36 %/℃ were obtained when the Cu content was 0. 25 at% in Nd9 5 Fe75 75 Co5Zr3Cu0.25B6.5 bonded magnet.%采用快淬后真空晶化处理的方法制备出纳米晶复合合金Nd9.5 Fe76-x Co5 Zr3 Cux B6.5(x=0~2),系统地研究了Cu元素对其磁性能的影响.结果表明:适量Cu元素的添加,可以提高磁体的剩磁Br、内禀矫顽力jHe和最大磁能积(BH)max,并且可以有效地提高磁体的剩磁温度系数α,但使磁体的矫顽力温度系数β略有降低.当Cu含量为0.25 at%时,该磁体具有最佳的综合磁性能:(BH)max=79 kJ/m3,jHc=685 kA/m,Br(T)=0.713 T;剩磁温度系数α20~150℃=0.071%/℃;矫顽力温度系数β20-150℃=0.36 %/℃.
