The effect of steady weak longitudinal magnetic field on the interface stability of A1-0. 85wt% Cu alloys was studied. The results showed that the interface stability firstly increased and then decreased with the increasing of magnetic field intensity. The fluid flow near the liquid solid interface under different magnetic fields was analyzed by numerical simulation in order to study the relationship between magnetic-field-induced fluid flow and interface stability. It was found that the TEMC turned the interface more stable, while the MHD did the opposite effect.%以Al-0.85wt% Cu合金为研究对象,在实验和理论上研究了纵向稳恒弱磁场对液固界面稳定性的影响.实验结果表明,界面稳定性随着磁场强度的增加表现出先增强后减弱的规律.对界面前沿熔体内部流动场进行模拟分析得出,热电磁对流效应起主导作用时界面稳定性增强,磁制动起主要作用时界面稳定性减弱.
