三维原子探针对10Ni3MnCuAl钢中NiAl和Cu析出位置关系的研究

         

摘要

将析出硬化钢10 Ni3 MnCuAl在900℃固溶处理2h,500℃时效处理4h或100h后,用三维原子探针(3DAP)研究钢中NiAl和Cu的析出位置关系.结果表明,固溶样品中Ni、Al和Cu三种元素分布均匀.500℃时效4h的样品中发现金属间化合物NiAl和富Cu相在相同位置析出,随着时效时间增加到100 h,NiAl相和富Cu相有逐渐分离的趋势,这是因为NiAl相为体心立方的B2结构,而富Cu相此时已趋于向面心立方的ε-Cu转变.%Three dimensional atom probe(3DAP) was carried out to characterize the position of precipitalion NiAl and Cu in precipitation hardening steel 10Ni3MnCuAl aging at 500? for 4 h or 100 h after solution treatment at 900?. The results indicated that the elements Ni, Al and Cu were homogeneously dissolved in the matrix of solution specimen. A significantly segregated of intermetallic NiAl and Cu-rich located nearly at the same position in the specimen aging for 4 h at 500?, and it was found that there' s plainly a separated tendency of intermetallic NiAl and Cu-rich phase with aging time increasing to 100 h, which was attributed to the difference structure between B2 ordered inlermetallic NiAl and fec e-Cu.
