对SDC99新型冷作模具钢的TD法盐浴渗钒配方进行了研究,确定出最佳的混合盐浴配方为75.6%硼砂+8.4% BaCl2+10%V2O5+6% Al粉.用该配方对SDC99钢进行950℃×4h渗钒处理,能获得均匀、连续的碳化钒覆层.SDC99钢的碳化钒覆层与对比试验的Cr12MoV钢所获厚度相当,认为这是碳与钢中各种合金元素相互作用的结果.%The best formulation of vanadizing in the mixed salt bath of the new type cold die steel SDC99 was determined, which was 75. 6% Borax+8. 4% BaCl2 + 10%V2O5 + 6% Al powder. Vanadium carbide formed on the surface of SDC99 was of uniform thickness all over the surface and the coating layer was dense, smooth and compact after vanadizing at 950 °C x 4 h by above formulation. The layer thickness of SDC99 steel was similar to that of the compared Crl2MoV steel, due to the interaction between various kinds of alloying elements and carbon in the steel.
