太阳模拟器下的温度系数测试*

         

摘要

Testing methods and measuring process of temperature coefficient of PV module were studied in this article. It is found that there is a big range of temperature distribution on the back sheet of the PV module. I-V curve maybe distorted if PV module was in a bad position and the repeatability of temperature coefficient was poor. Heating process and I-V curve testing was separately implemented. Repeatability and reliability of temperature coefficient was greatly improved by pulsed testing method.%  在稳态模拟器和脉冲模拟器下对光伏组件温度系数的测试方法和过程分别进行研究,结果发现在BBA级稳态模拟器下,光伏组件背板温度存在较高的温度极差。如果组件摆放位置不佳,还可能出现I-V曲线畸变的现象,且温度系数的重复性较差。如将脉冲法中的升温和I-V测试分开进行,则温度系数的重复性和可靠性大幅提高。
