水资源可持续利用伦理研究

摘要

Water resource is one of the most important natural resources for the human being. The re-production of population is limitless, so people depend on each other. Hence, the justified allocation of assets among generations is the material basis for balanced and equal development. The relations among inheritance, utilization and descendibility embody different production method and ethical issues between generations. Therefore, the study on sustained utilization of water resources becomes an important topic in the study of water resources.%水资源是自然界赋予人类的宝贵自然财富,是生物生存和物质生产不可替代的资源性资产.人口再生产是无限的,代代相继,相互依存.代际间财富公平分配是均衡、平等发展的物质基础.每一代人既是财富的继承者、使用者,也是财富的遗传者.继承、使用、遗传三者在数量上不同的关系体现了不同的生产方式和代际伦理道德.因此,水资源可持续利用问题成为当今水资源研究的重要课题.
