安徽省上市公司经营绩效评价及影响因素研究——基于DEA-Tobit两步法的实证研究

摘要

This paper evaluates the operational efficiency of 62 listed firms by DEA model and analyzes the influencing factors with Tobit model. It shows that:(l)the inefficiency of pure technical is the main cause of the operational ineffic iency;(2)operational efficiency slightly increased compared with 2009, but there has a significantly difference between different company;(3) firm size and total asset turnover have significantly impact on operational efficiency, but ownership concentration and the expense ratio have not.%利用DEA-Tobit两阶段模型对安徽省62家上市公司的经营效率及影响因素进行分析,发现:经营效率相对偏低主要是由纯技术效率的无效性引起的；总体经营效率有小步提升,但公司间经营效率差异明显；企业规模与总资产周转率对安徽省上市公司的经营效率存在着显著的影响,而股权集中度、费用率则影响不显著.
