Since the "Eleventh Five-year", along with the environmentchanges, the countries over the world have high hopes for the development of new energy. In the major economies, the new energy industry was put in an important position in the economic stimulus plan in order to economic recovery, like U.S, E.U, and the others. In China, the new energy industry has become one of the most important strategic and emerging industries. In this context, our new energy industry has developed a certain achievements, however, some problems such as overcapacity, excessive investment, outdated technology, were exposure. In order to seize the opportunity under the downstream global macroeconomic situation, the paper will present problems and remedies of the new energy industry development.%“十一五”末以来,随着内外部环境发生变化,世界各国对发展前景广阔的新能源寄予厚望,美国、欧盟、日本、韩国、印度和巴西等各大经济体均将该产业放在了本国经济刺激计划的重要位置,希望通过推动其发展来拉动经济复苏.我国也将其作为战略性新兴产业之一,加大政策倾斜力度.在此背景下,我国新能源产业发展获得了一定成绩,然而也带来了产能过剩、投资过度、技术过时、体制过旧等问题.为了能在下行的全球宏观经济形势下,率先迎头崛起,抢占发展先机,本文从转型创新的角度来审视新能源产业发展的问题和解决措施,以期带领新能源产业走出目前困境.
