基于新熊彼特理论的战略性新兴产业培育发展

Strategic emerging industry is an important strategic decision in the face of big changes of foreign economic development and slow development of the traditional industry in China. According to New-Schumpeter theory, only a narrow corridor exists for a prolific development of socio-economic systems which is supported by ifnancial, industry and public sector. This paper ifrst explores the problems during the development of the strategic emerging industry based on the New-Schumpeter theory. Secondly, analyze different stage’s development condition under the Life Cycle theory. Finally, put forward policy suggestions for the development of strategic emerging industries.%战略性新兴产业是我国政府面对国外经济发展重大变革和国内传统行业发展疲软的双重压力下提出来的重大战略决策。根据新熊彼特理论，产业的发展是在一个由金融、产业和公共部门共同支撑的狭窄的通道内，本文首先在新熊彼特理论框架下探讨战略性新兴产业发展中的问题；进而基于生命周期理论，分析战略性新兴产业在不同阶段的发展；最后提出培育发展战略性新兴产业的政策建议。
