矿业城市可持续发展评价研究--以淮北市为例

摘要

On the basis of an analysis of the social development of mining cities, an index system is established for the assessment of sustainable development in such cities. The index system contains four components: survival support capacity, economy support capacity, society support capacity, and environment support capacity. A target analytical hierarchy process is used to confirm the weightings used in the index. A case study of Huaibei city, Anhui province, reveals that the city’s capacity for sustainable development showed a volatile but overal increasing trend from 2000 to 2010, and the economic transformation of the city has achieved initial encouraging results regarding sustainability.%在分析矿业城市社会发展特点基础上，从生存支撑能力、经济支撑能力、社会支撑能力和环境支撑能力等方面建立可持续发展评价指标体系，采用目标层次分析法确定指标权重，并对安徽省淮北市进行了实例研究。结果表明：2000~2010年间，该市综合可持续发展能力总体呈波动上升趋势，说明其经济转型已取得初步成效。
