摘要

Pricking and cutting treatment with spike-hooked needles often has an immediate effect on diseases with fixed pain points. This article, from anatomic position, point checking method, therapeutic procedures and clinical application, presents the clinical experience of spike-hooked needle cutting the medial border of scapula and shows that spike-hooked needle cutting scapular spine margin can not only treat meridian sinew diseases but also has a marked therapeutic effect on many craniofacial and visceral diseases.%锋钩针点刺钩割治疗有固定痛点的病症多有立竿见影之效。该文从解剖定位、查穴方法、治疗操作、临床应用等方面介绍锋钩针勾割肩胛骨内缘的临床经验，证实锋钩针钩治肩胛骨脊柱缘不仅可以治疗经筋病，而且对诸多头面脏腑疾患同样具有显著的疗效。
