穴位贴敷配合针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察鼻炎贴穴位贴敷配合针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法 将121例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组61例和对照组60例.对照组在三伏天采用针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上采用自制鼻炎贴穴位贴敷治疗.两组均连续治疗2年.观察两组治疗前后鼻症状总积分(TNSS)及鼻炎生活质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评分的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为93.4％,对照组为71.7％,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后TNSS和RQLQ评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组治疗后TNSS和RQLQ评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 鼻炎贴穴位贴敷配合针刺是一种治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效方法,能改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of rhinitis patches plus acupuncture in treating allergic rhinitis. Methods One hundred and twenty-one patients with allergic rhinitis were randomized to a treatment group (61 cases) and a control group (60 cases). The control group received acupuncture in dog days and the treatment group, acupoint application of self-made rhinitis patches in addition. Both groups were treated for two consecutive years. The Total Nasal Symptom Score (TNSS) score and the Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire (RQLQ) score were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 93.4％ in the treatment group and 71.7％ in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the TNSS score and RQLQ score in the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the TNSS score and RQLQ score between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Acupoint application of rhinitis patches plus acupuncture is an effective way to treat allergic rhinitis. It can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life in the patients.
